Miami is abuzz with exciting news as Ugo Colombo, the renowned developer, teams up with Nadim Ashi’s Fort Partners to create the much-anticipated Four Seasons-branded tower in the heart of Coconut Grove. Insider sources have revealed that this exceptional development will rise on the site of the former Offices in the Grove building at 2699 South Bayshore Drive, an area primed for luxury living.

Colombo’s CMC Group, which owns the nine-story Kaufman Rossin office building, is currently in the process of demolishing it to make way for this visionary project. Acquired in 2020 from Mast Capital, the property is now undergoing a phased demolition as part of the exciting collaboration between Colombo and Fort Partners.

Fort Partners, based in Fort Lauderdale and Miami and led by the dynamic Nadim Ashi, already owns all the Four Seasons properties in South Florida. The firm’s portfolio includes the highly esteemed Four Seasons Hotel and Residences at The Surf Club in Surfside, Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Fort Lauderdale, the iconic Four Seasons Miami hotel in Brickell, and the luxurious Four Seasons Resort in Palm Beach.

The demand for exclusive residences in Miami is soaring, and Ugo Colombo’s signature touch is well-known among homebuyers. Having crafted some of Miami’s best-selling condos like Santa Maria, Grovenor House, Bristol Tower, and Brickell Flatiron, Colombo’s vision has been to redefine the condo market and elevate it to compete with luxurious single-family homes.

His partnership with architect Luis Revuelta led to a transformation in Miami’s condo architecture, offering larger units with private elevators and spacious terraces. The shift from traditional brown colors to more elegant white and brighter hues has appealed to a new demographic, enhancing the value and appeal of each of his unique buildings.

As for Coconut Grove, the area has seen explosive growth over the past few years, attracting relocation buyers who are captivated by its natural and organic ambiance. With its proximity to Brickell, Downtown, excellent schools, the airport, and its scenic waterfront location, Coconut Grove is a sought-after destination. However, the limited land availability has led to a scarcity of luxury condos, intensifying the demand for such upscale living spaces.

The Miami real estate market is poised for continued growth, and Ugo Colombo firmly believes that there will always be a strong demand for luxury properties. As Miami evolves into a world-class city, it attracts an ever-increasing number of businesses, funds, and tech entrepreneurs, fostering a vibrant cultural scene that appeals to luxury buyers.

Given Ugo Colombo’s track record and his commitment to excellence, there is no doubt that the Four Seasons Residences Coconut Grove will be his most magnificent creation yet. With its prime location, top-notch amenities, and exquisite design, this project is destined to make a significant impact on the Miami condo market. Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting development that promises to redefine luxury living in Coconut Grove.
